Sat here on our last night at Koningshof. We have enjoyed it so much we will be back next year. Friendly staff. Facilities superb. Lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pools. We stayed on pitch 72.

le camping est idéalement situé pour visiter les champs de fleurs aux alentours et amsterdam. Très adapté pour les enfants qui vont et viennent en toute confiance. la location de vélo sur place est très appréciable et le personnel est très sympathique.
mobilhome très bien équipé. attention toutefois ce sont 4 petits lits (pour prévoir les draps en conséquence !)

Mooi groene camping. In de omgeving veel te doen. Strand dichtbij, Leiden leuke stad. Zwembad vonden we lekker om baantjes te trekken. Kampeerplaatsen ruim en niet zo met z'n allen op 1 veld. Fietsen kan uitstekend in de omgeving.

We just wanted to add our personal thanks to you both and all the staff at your site for making our trip to Holland one to remember. We had a great time and saw a lot more of your lovely country than even our relatives who live there. The low point was falling off my bike, but the best part was the boat trip and the day in you hosted in Leiden. A truly lovely day, thank you. Looking forward to exploring more of Holland and the other provinces in the future. We will be back!

Meli and I have just come back from a wonderful trip in Holland. We now believe that the Netherlands should be the first country that newbie campers should visit for the reasons listed below. Vakantiepark Koningshof is popular with British caravanners because it is a great site that is also well located between Amsterdam and The Hague. Good accommodation, delicious food and fascinating watercourses are just some of the reasons why you should visit Koningshof. Toilets and facilities good and always clean.

Conveniently located for the Hook of Holland ferry terminal, 2 free to use decent pools and good for children. Tennis courts looked good. as expected the facilities are excellent. The showers are very good. Restaurant menu not particularly large choice so we didn't use it but it looks pleasant enough. The snack bar also was adequate, but UK tv would have been useful for football etc. The free Wi-Fi reached our pitch and I think it would reach most parts and it was an excellent signal. The pitch size was good and there are some private hedged "super" pitches with water etc. The campsite staff were friendly and helpful and there were no complaints at all. Unlike many English campsites there were no extra charges for Wi-Fi,swimming etc

Ein schönes und zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Häuschen! Es war alles da, was wir brauchten- die Haushaltgegenstände waren in einem ordentlichen und sauberen Zustand. Der Platz bot viel Abwechslung, vom Schwimmbad bis zur Animation (wenn man wollte), das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war problemlos möglich, mit dem Fahrrad einzukaufen oder zum Strand nach Katwijk zu gelangen.

We spent a fabulous 10 days here at the end of July. I had stupidly booked a 4 day stopover in France to help our journey home. Big mistake! None of us wanted to leave your fabulous site. This was our second time in Holland but first in our tent. The facilities are fantastic. The showers are powerful and hot and regularly cleaned. The children loved the pools and playground. The bar and takeaway lovely and the staff so friendly and helpful. Holland itself is such a wonderful country too and so beautiful. Hurry up and open booking for next year - we are coming back!!

We were a group of 4 (3 adults and an 11y old) Visited here in April this year and stayed in a 6 berth caravan. Very clean site, clean caravan...pretty new with a reasonable amount of room. With 6 people it would have been quite crowded as the sitting area for relaxing was quite limited. The onsite pool was great - worked well for the 11 yr old but again, could possibly get crowded in the busier months. There was a good adventure playground area and football pitches on site. The nearby town was very accessible, lots of cycle routes and quite a nice town.
The location is great and you can easily visit the local beaches (very windswept but lovely dunes, easy walking along the seafront with lots of cafes available even when not great weather). We were here in early April so weather was variable. There are a lot of other places to visit all within easy drives of the park - Leiden, The Hague and Keukenhof which made days out very simple.
We would go back, maybe later in the year when it would be warmer but a great base for visiting Holland.

A relaxed site with areas for children to play away from other caravans (although one in particular is near open water). Shop was reasonable and the cafe pretty standard. A good base from which to travel around the area.

Have recently returned from a trip to South Holland, using Koningshof as a base. We have visited four times previously but decided, over the last three years, to go into south Germany in search of better weather. However, our boys, now 12 and 9, asked to go to Koningshof again and we were not disappointed: the site is just as relaxed and well provided for as we fondly remembered it. 'Our' toilet/shower/washing up block is by the pool and remains one of the best we have ever visited and our services pitch was what it said on the tin. Given that the site is well placed for trips to Leiden, love it, Amsterdam and the Hague, all with great galleries, museums and just fantastic ambience and as a bonus with excellent public transport, we don't always want the fuss of the car, we would highly recommend this site.

Brilliant campsite, great sized pitches. Really clean toilet block. Washing up sinks inside and in the warm. Lovely swimming pool. Welcoming kids club - special thanks to Nick who really enhanced the kids time there. Good shop and fantastic restaurant and takeaway. The steak I ate on my last night there was the best I've ever had!

We stayed with you July 26th - August 9th, with our own caravan on a Super Pitch and had a wonderful holiday at your very pleasant campsite. Unfortunately my youngest grand daughter, Gracie, scalded her leg, on our last night, spilling a hot drink on herself late at night whilst we were finalising our packing. Your member of staff, Michael, assisted us and telephoned for medical help. With this help we were able to make our journey home the following morning, and I am sure that the help we were given helped the injury and prevented it from becoming even more serious that it was. We are looking forward to returning to Koningshof again and thanking him personally on our next trip, which we hope will be as soon as possible. Thank you again for all your help.

Es war richtig schön bei euch es war von Anfang an sehr angenehm man wurde super freundlich begrüßt. Das Personal ist echt TOP !!! Die Wanderhütte hat uns gut gefallen für Leute die Tagsüber viel Vorhaben Top!! Das Schwimmbad wurde von den Kids super angenommen. Macht weiter so wir kommen wieder! !

We had a great week at Koningshof and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We could not have asked for better weather. It is our intention in the future to return on holiday to Holland, to stay at Koningshof and to "visit the pond again". You have an excellent site. Thank you.

It's the second time we have stayed at this fabulous site! We stayed Aug 15 for two weeks and had a great time as before, there were three families each with our tourers. We stayed on the super pitches fully serviced and great pitches. We had picked these pitches the last time we stayed and we're all together. The staff are great very friendly. We used the bar, takeaway, shop, pool, and restaurant and all were great. The shower blocks were always clean. We hired bikes from the site and visited loads of lovely places both by bike, bus, car and even train! This is a fabulous site in a great location I am always recommending it to people. Can't wait to return this year Aug 16 for another fabulous holiday with are friends as there's still loads to see and do!!

Leuke, ruime camping. Veel voorzieningen, heel leuk voor kinderen! Eigenlijk heb je alles wel op de camping wat je nodig hebt, supermarkt, restaurant, snackbar, zwembad, speeltuinen, voetbalveld, pingpong tafels! Wij hebben een prettig verblijf gehad, het weer was wel erg slecht, maarja dat is puur pech :( Dichtbij de tent een elektriciteitspaal, en aan het begin van het 'blokje' van ong 5 plaatsen was een waterkraantje, perfect!

Goed verzorgde camping. Mooie plaatsen. Katwijk aan zee en Noordwijk aan zee goed te bereiken met de fiets, ook Leiden Valkenburg Sassenheim en nog meer gezellige dorpjes en plaatsen. Personeel erg vriendelijk. WiFi erg goed en ook nog gratis.we hebben genoten. Komen zeker nog eens terug.

Wir haben eine schöne Woche auf dem Campingpark Koningshof genossen. Den Fluglärm fanden wir überhaupt nicht schlimm, hielt sich in Grenzen, obwohl ich sehr lärmempfindlich bin, für die Kids sogar spannend! Das Schwimmbad machte einen netten Eindruck, haben wir aber nicht genutzt, da wir den Keukenhof, die Space Expo, Amsterdam, Leiden, Den Haag,... besucht haben. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett, der kleine Supermarkt auf dem Platz hatte alles notwendige, auch leckere Brötchen morgens. Sanitäranlagen waren sehr sauber! Nachtruhe wurde eingehalten. Freies WLAN. Alles super, gern wieder!

Camping heeft verharde wegen dit heeft voordelen want als het mooi weer is stuift het niet en bij wat minder mooi weer veranderen de wegen niet in een modderpoel. Er is een erg goede snackbar en ook het restaurant is erg aan te bevelen. Douchen is gratis net als de wifi. Terrein wordt goed onderhouden en het sanitair is super schoon! Binnen en buiten zwembad zijn top. Achter op het terrein is een visvijver waar je in alle rust een hengeltje kunt uitgooien met een mooi uitzicht op de weiden met de grazende koeien.

De ontvangst was heel hartelijk, personeel is er erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heerlijk zwembad, fijne temperatuur, niet groot maar zeker groot genoeg. Leuke speeltuin waar zelfs mijn 12 jarige dochter het naar haar zin had.
Wij verbleven in een trekkershut en dat gaan we zéker nog eens doen. De chaletjes stonden op een klein en rustig veldje en zijn leuk ingericht.
Het sanitair vooraan op de camping is wel sterk aan vervanging toe.
De campingwinkel is erg compleet.
De afstand naar de zee is heel aantrekkelijk, net als naar Corpus, Leiden etc.
Kortom, een geslaagd verblijf!

Been here twice now. 2 adults, 2 teenage kids and this site suits us fine. Nice and flat (no shock in Holland), great swimming pool, clean loos/showers, friendly English speaking staff and reasonable sized pitches all contribute to a very family friendly site. Situated half way between Amsterdam and Rotterdam, not far from Utrecht either so great for us tourists who want to visit as much as possible! Free wifi so getting tourist info on smartphone of tablet is brilliant plus weather reports to help plan trips is helpful. Useful shop and bar is shut in in the 'low' season but fun swimming pool is open and very nice. A great site in a lovely English friendly country - you will be welcomed by everybody you meet. Go to Netherlands, visit this site, enjoy their fantastic towns and cities and have fun!!

Door omstandigheden moest ik dicht in de buurt van het LUMC ziekenhuis in Leiden zijn. Ik was met mijn gezin van harte welkom op de Koningshof terwijl ze eigenlijk nog niet geopend waren. Door zo mee te denken en hartverwarmend welkom te zijn waren we toch in de buurt van Leiden maar konden ook ontspannen overnachten. Kei bedankt daarvoor!!!!

My wife and I stayed here for a week in our caravan from 12th - 19th April. We've stayed quite a few times before - maybe five or six. We always find the staff extremely helpful, friendly and they all speak fluent English! The pitches are a good size and we always book one with full services.
We just love the area. Of course, at this time of year, there are the bulb fields, but there's also much more. My wife is disabled and so we cycle everywhere on our wheel-chair bike. Leiden is a glorious city with canals, boat trips, shops, the market (twice a week) and lots of cafes and bars where you can while away a few hours. Katwijk, is a lovely seaside town with a real holiday atmosphere.
Thank you everyone at Koningshof - we will be back!

We stayed here over the Easter weekend. Site was generally quiet and conveniently located for exploring this lovely part of Holland. On-site swimming pool looked good, although we didn't use it. On site shop useful breakfast items (although a little pricey!). The staff on site were very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely use this site again if we returned to this part of Holland.

We stayed in Naturhome for 4 days. Rooms were clean, and the house were well equipped. Nice swimming pool for children( in summer also outside pool), big playground. Every morning my child wanted to visit sheeps and rabbits, which are behind the restaurant (We found that by mistake). You get free WiFi.. Nice area, towns around... We liked the stay very much :)
